Our Happy Customers
Don't take our word for it, read for yourself!
I had an exceptional experience with SPS and Mark Neumaier, the Sales Manager. Mark was the reason I specifically chose this company. I had three other companies come out. Mark was the most professional, took measurements with a blue Light, (which no one else did), came out twice to support every qu...
Outstanding service
SPS Is Excellent!!! Every Detail taken care of. From Mark the Salesman, to Nikki in the Office, to Scott the Owner. On Time. Always Call back. I Finally feel Safe and Secure from Any Power Outages. Especially with their Maintenance plan and Monitoring.
Dale and Nikki are great! Dale identified issues and resolved them promptly. Nikki was great with scheduling and getting Dale back out on time when parts needed to be ordered. I will have them back out for maintenance and if anything else needs to be done on generac generator.
Installed a backup generator for us. The team was awesome - from the sales process, to site prep, to installation, and post-installation support, SPS. Pricing was very fair and the work was completed quickly.
Amazing service - Jon took the time to explain what he was doing. Very professional and prompt service too. Nikki in the office was courteous and helpful.
Excellent service on a new standby system. Mark with sales, Nikki followed up with scheduling and invoicing. Final install was cleaner and easier than I expected. Price was fair and worth every penny. Plumbing and electrical work was amazing and left one of the neatest installs I have ever seen!
Just had a whole house generator installed by Specialized Power Services. The entire experience from Mark the salesman, Nikki in the office, John and Scott the installers was outstanding.
